The protection of personal data is important to me. Personal data is processed on this website only to the extent technically necessary and within the framework of the statutory provisions. This policy explains which data is processed when visiting the website and when using the contact form.

Accessing the website and server log files

This website is hosted by Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the site is accessed, the browser automatically transmits information to the server, which is temporarily stored in so-called log files. This includes in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the page accessed, the browser used and the operating system. This processing serves to ensure trouble-free operation and the security of the website on the basis of the legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

Fonts

This website uses locally embedded fonts. The fonts are served from this website's own server. No connection to third-party servers, in particular not to Google, is established for this purpose, and no personal data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

Contact form and enquiries

When using the contact form, the information entered, namely name, email address and the content of the message, is processed and transmitted by email to the controller in order to handle and respond to the enquiry. Processing is based on the consent given pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and on pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively dealt with, provided no statutory retention obligations apply. Consent given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies for analysis or marketing purposes, does not use web analytics services and does not embed social media plugins. The links to external profiles listed in the footer are simple hyperlinks. A connection to the respective external site is only established when such a link is clicked, and the respective provider is responsible for its data processing.

Within the scope of the statutory provisions you have the right to information about the data processed about you under Art. 15 GDPR, to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR, to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR, to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR and a right to object under Art. 21 GDPR. Right to lodge a complaint
